Methodology
Commission estimates use public ISO partnership program disclosures: Greenbox Capital (up to 19%), Accord Business Funding (up to 15%), Rapid Finance (up to 5%), plus aggregated industry survey data on undisclosed funders (typically 8-12%). The direct-funder factor estimate assumes the broker commission is removed from the total fee and the residual fee becomes the new factor.
APR-equivalent uses the NYDFS Section 803 / California SB 1235 formula: APR = ((Factor − 1) × 365 × 2) / (Term × (1 + Factor)).
